I have been using this saw for a little over a year now on daily basis. For its size, it is easy to move in and out of the van and to the job. Setup and tear down is relatively easy. Need to make sure to clean the rails that the rollers ride on or the table will drag in random spots, but if that happens, I just take a rag and clean off the aluminum rails and it will be good as new (surprise, this is a wet saw in a very dirty environment and yes, you do actually have to occasionally clean the saw). Winters are cold here, so I usually cut in garages or other indoor spaces with a tarp hanging behind the saw when it is too cold to cut outside. The water retention of the saw is great and I don't have to do much clean up when I am done.
Not sure what problems a few other customer reviews had with this saw, mine came out of the box cutting square and is still cutting square after a year of taking it from job to job. I have used the yellow saw which was solid, but it had its issues too. Not to mention that you needed a two man lift to move the yellow saw from the van to the workplace. The Ridgid is way too easy to set up and cuts at least as solid as the yellow saw. Not to mention that the Ridgid's capacity and table size can actually support material that I need to cut on a regular basis.
Is it perfect, no, but none of them are perfect. This is the best bang for the buck and so far is holding up well.

Great Tile Wet Saw
This Ridgid Tile wet saw is terrific. It has every feature and convenience you could ask for on a tile saw.
The laser and mitre guides take the guesswork out of just lining up the tile and cutting. It comes with the 10 inch diamond blade which cuts through all tile and stone tile easily. It has a max rip size of 34 inches and a max diagonal cut of 24 inches. There is a plunging head to cut out openings like plugs and light switches.
The fold up stand with wheels give a sturdy portable place for the saw table to set up anywhere. As this unit weighs almost a hundred pounds, it is good to be able to roll it around.
The aluminum table is die cast with a molded rubber work surface. It has an extended work area to hold up the large tile. There is also tray storage for transport.
This unit has a water pump with nozzle system that my old saw did not have. There is a tray for keeping particles out of the pump when it recycles the water.
Ridgid is known for making quality power tools and this is another one. This one will not disappoint.

Bought the saw, used it for 5 days and returned it due to inaccurate cuts. On long 24" cuts, the blade start to go off by 1/16" by the end of the cuts and the roller table is not smooth. There are little hiccups along the way and thus creates some chipping on the tile. Sharpened the blade and changed to a new blade did not help neither!
Pros: Good price point, great mobility and water management
Cons: Inaccurate cuts and hiccups on the roller table
I called Ridgid about the issues and all the suggested advises were tried but did not solve the problems and thus it was enough to return the product! I'm not sure if I just happened to picked the bad apple or not.

I am a tile contractor for 15 years. I have used DeWalt wet saw for about 12 years, on the end I couldn't even say what color it was! but it works perfect all of the roles, bearings and metal, unfortunately when I purchase saw from rigid it took me long time to assemble it, but table it has double slide for long cuts and unfortunately All rolls and other parts are plastic, without bearings, after adjustment the table had loosen about 1 inch on the end. this kind of saw should be design for professionals, but the way how is made it's for handyman's, I need to return it , I wouldn't buy it again

The saw performs great. Strong motor doesn’t bog down under normal cutting applications. The stand is awesome being able to roll around job site. Clean up is a snap being able to remove the sliding tray completely from the saw by simply pulling it back away from the motor.
The laser is nice, however being outside it’s not easily seen. On the stand, the saw is considerably light. But it does take up a sizable spot in the bed of truck or van. Optimum situation is standing tied to wall of trailer. For the money, I’d buy another one!
20 year tile setter.

I've owned the 7'' saw, and bought this to upgrade my rip cut capabilities. This saw is pretty terrible however. Definately not worth the money.
Where to start;
Tray/Wheels/Bearings are incredible jerky, and the tray gets stuck periodically while pushing tiles through the saw. It came this way out of the box, and even keeping the tracks perfectly clean doesnt help. The blade has tons of flex to it, especially when combined with the jerky tray feature.
Cutting soft stone like marble wasnt as bad, but thick porcelain really stressed this saw out.
Using the saw to rip miters on 24'' tiles requires a ton of finesse due to the weak blade arbor/head moving as the tile feeds.
Plunge feature doesnt lay the blade in the same spot as you go deeper and deeper into thick stone, causing inconsistent cuts and lines.
The clean out cap is located so you cant put a 5 gallon bucket where the water is pouring out because the stand is in the way
The clips from the rolling stand to the plastic basin are weak and one broke the first time i dissembled the saw.
Overall, I wouldnt recommend this saw to anyone.

The arbor was wobbly. Made the blade wobble and made the tile break half way through. Watched the blade wobble while it was running. Went through 3 rigid blades and a 100.00 blade i already owned. Can grab the bolt and wiggle the whole mechanism inside. I have done tile professionally for over 15 years and although not the worst saw i have tried it was close.
