Sooooo much better than the previous set. These are bright and LED, so they may never burn out. The rubber cord is very high quality and they have little holes on top to hang on the hooks. It is also water resistant for outdoors. It came with an extra bulb, when does that ever happen now? It is 25 feet long, so I will need another one. It is also UL approved, so I know it is good. It is dimmable, but I don't do that, but it is nice to know. I also love the LED, they are brighter and will save me money.

Great lightsWe have looked at different string lights for our front porch but most of them looked and felt cheap. This set is a good quality set, that I installed within an hour, coupled it with an outdoor photo-timer and we are loving it. It gives plenty of light, as you can see from the photos, we have hanging baskets near them.so they even get a little wet now and then. We highly recommend these as they are much better than the others we looked at.

These lights are really easy to put up just about anywhere and it is really nice that it comes with 9 bulbs to get you started. One thing I would change is that the lights are a little bit too spread out, it would have been nicer if they were closer together, but really overall I am really happy with these lights

Just gotta play with the socket a bit until it’s perfectly round and then put the light bulb in slowly.

These string lights will do the job for you when you need temporary lighting. The bulbs are 2 wat...These string lights will do the job for you when you need temporary lighting. The bulbs are 2 watt LED each and are the tear drop shape of the old Edison light bulbs. This string is designed for almost any occasion from the interior lighting of a party tent to lighting your scaffolding while working on that cathedral ceiling. The spacing of these bulbs are designed for a 37.5 inch gap between bulbs. The ends are designed so if you add additional strings together, they too will be spaced at 37.5 inch between bulbs. The Indoor/Outdoor quality of the wiring will allow you to string up to 40 strings together plu to plug. With all of the features, added this string would work well for any temporary booth at a church festival, swap meet space, or that next wedding you are planning.

I really like the color - it's not a harsh LED light, rather warm and just like the incandescent bulbs (although brighter!) When I have these on in the dark it looks like the sun is creeping through the window.
They create a fantastic glow over my patio, and I love the look of these. The cable is thick. I only wish that the distance between the cable and first bulb was longer, so that I could plug it in and string it up to ceiling height without an extension cord. This does, however, make it easy to link chains together (you can link up to 40! Yes, 40 chains of lights!)
The light in the day is nice, so when it's overcast it adds just enough light to brighten things up. When its dark, they do a very good job of lighting things up! No need for the backdoor patio light when this is on.
I am also very glad that the lights came with an extra bulb. One of the bulbs broke when I was installing it, so I was happy there was an extra just in case.
Water resistant - don't worry about leaving them out in the rain!
Tip: keep the packaging for when you need to store this, there's a smaller cardboard box inside the box that stores the bulbs in foam inserts safely. Attempting to take it down and move it with the bulbs still attached risks breaking them!
