The "grass" fibers start falling out after a couple of years. Got a warranty replacement but apparently the company changed colors of turf within the last couple years. The manager (James) claimed that's all they've ever had since he joined the company a couple years ago. Now i'm stuck with a two-toned yard!!!?!?!?? Horrible customer service and poor product!!
