The Rubi DU-200 EVO is a tile saw with a mobile head, designed for renovations and light work. It's perfect for general ceramic tile cutting, especially suitable for cutting floor tiles and glazed stoneware tiles. This tile saw is equipped with a 1.1 HP (0.8 kW) direct-drive motor and thermal protector. The head of the tile saw slides on 4 bearings and is hinged at 45 to perform miter cuts, also being equipped with a bi-material handle to give the user greater ergonomic comfort. It includes a 8 in. continuous rim diamond blade as standard, for general cutting of ceramic tiles. 8-Watt water pump refrigeration of the blade with flow control valve to adapt the flow rate to each type of ceramic material. The innovative chassis design includes a more efficient water collection system, allowing you to recover up to 50% more water. The 8 l tank is easily removable, both for filling and for cleaning and transport. In regards of the folding legs, which besides providing the tool with greater stability, also offers professionals a working height of 35 in.

"Such an easy to use/transport this Tile Wet saw"
This is my first time owning a tile wet saw. I've usually have to borrow my father's/friends wet saw. I'm pleased to say this Rubi Tile Wet Saw has conquered two of my home projects so far. I was able to tile my kitchen and bathroom floors with awesome saw. I'm use to feeding the tile, but this works the opposite way. It has a handle for ease of cutting. Foldable legs for ease of transport/stow away. Has an external water tank that can be easily removed/place. The power cable and water pipe is protected with a tube. The motor is assembled on a sliding bearings that at the moment kind of sound a bit rough. I'll be sure to lubricate the bearings. The water pump has varable speed on it. Be certain it gets a bit messy and wet while using this wet saw. It's easy to clean and dry off. Please clean after every use. Makes it easier to use once on your next job. Also, I used the 45 degree angle cut and it did an amazing clean smooth cut. I'm amazed with the weight, size and it's functionality.

I made some acceptable cuts. 23 3/4 rips that were...I made some acceptable cuts. 23 3/4 rips that were very nice. Have to take it slow or you can sinch motor to a halt. If not careful water hose can easily be ruined putting legs back in there compression storage clamps. LIKES TO TIP TO THE RIGHT ON DISASSEMBLY. Nice saw homeowners etc.

Nice Saw But Bad VibrationsThis saw is a top end homeowner grade or an entry level contractor saw. Everything needed to cut ceramic tile is in the box.
This saw is big enough that it can easily handle 18" tiles and cut them on a 45 degree angle. The maximum cut is approximately 28". The saw is fully assembled minus, attaching the transport wheels and the pull handle on the top of the saw motor. Once that’s done the tile guides, stops and the slide need to be checked and adjusted for square to one another and to the blade. The motor slide pulls very smooth and easy across the full length with no binding. The saw is also very easy to move from one location to another by one person.
Once the saw was setup I filled the reservoir with water and started the motor. The saw started but vibrated badly. I put a dial indicator on the blade and found that the Blade and Dynamic Plates had 120 thousands of total run-out at the rim of the blade. Once I removed the blade I found that it had a dent in the disc about 3" out from the center and the Dynamic Plates were mis-machined (See Attached Photo).
At this point I am trying to contact the distributor to have a new blade and Dynamic Plates sent.

Great Wet SawThis Rubi wet tile saw is a much better alternative to using the manual cutter. It has all the features needed to do a professional cutting job.
The saw comes with foldable legs so no table is needed or bending down. There are wheels built onto the saw unit, not on the bottom of the legs, so its best to move it to site and then fold down the legs. The saw table has markings for accurate cuts and the blade tilts for mitre cuts. It comes with an eight inch diamond blade. The tools for use on this are also included.
The cuts were very clean and accurate and made the job go as well as expected. Next, grout.
I noticed in the specs that it said reconditioned. It is made in Spain and has a two year warranty.

Great saw, It does the job,This time I wanted to try a wet saw instead of my usual manual cutter....Great saw, It does the job,This time I wanted to try a wet saw instead of my usual manual cutter. I’m really satisfied with it. Very easy to set up and the cut comes out very clean. Foldable legs make transport comfortable as well. Size is great. Installation was easy. Very precise and really fast. Cuts look awesome! I've tried it out with several types of porcelain. It easily cut them all! I can´t believe I got this saw for this price."

cut dry stack rock sheets easily. Blade held up...cut dry stack rock sheets easily. Blade held up well for this small project. Table is secure, operation was fairly smooth but have to lubricate the slide track so that it operates without restriction. It would help tremendously to have a hold down clamp built in, you may need one on medium or small cuts since the saw motor restricts hold down capability on the right side when cutting. Overall a very good saw for the money. I have a much bigger project coming up in a couple months and will update.

Very Nice All-In-One Tile Saw !!!This tile wet saw is a really nice addition to your tiling needs.
The initial things I really like about this tile saw is the fact that it's all self contained. There's nothing you need to set up each time you use the saw...Unfold the legs, plug it in, add the water and away you go.
With this saw having a 1.1 HP motor, it's enough power to cut through harder tiles without too much bogging down.
I love the fact the once you place and position your tile on the saw bed, you pull the saw into the tile to make the cut. This is so much better than moving the tile into the saw. This way, there's minimal movement of the tile your cutting. This makes for a more accurate cut.
The water lubrication part of the saw works as expected. Granted this is a wet tile saw, so you're going to get water splashed around, and this saw is no exception. I didn't notice an excessive amount of water splashing around though.
With integrated wheels on one end, logs that fold up, and the ability to lock the saw motor, this makes storage of this saw easy to accomplish.
Overall, I like the features this saw has to offer. It can handle just about any size tile out there, includes an 8" blade, and built very well.
Extremely pleased with this saw, and Highly Recommended.
