The Merola Tile Alloy Subway 11-3/4 in. x 11-3/4 in. x 8 mm Stainless Steel Over Porcelain Mosaic Tile features a beautiful polished metal veneer over a porcelain body. It creates a stunning tiled effect that has the modern appeal of cool stainless steel. Each individual tile measures 1 in. x 2 in. and is offset at the edges to create an interlocking pattern. Use this tile for indoor wall installations including bathroom walls and backsplashes.

Just beautiful!
It took me 5 months to find the perfect tile to put behind my oven in my condo. It was well worth the wait. Anytime I have people over, they always comment on how much they love my backsplash. The tiles are easy to work with. Just make sure you leave the protective plastic over the stainless face, until you have mounted them on the wall. The stainless will scratch if you are not careful. I clean them with the same polish I use to clean my appliances, and they look fantastic.

Beautiful and Easy to installAlthough a bit pricey, this tile works great for my kitchen backsplash. The install is fairly easy, but #1 tip is to buy a sheet or two of the 1"x1" tiles to finish ends and go around outlets with minimal cutting. Unsanded grout only!!

Great look, like a million bucks.Very nice tile, I used 30sq.ft as a kitchen backsplash. I had many cuts and that was not an easy task but when all finished it looks like I spent a million bucks.
The tiles were very hard to find, but Nora in the flooring and tile area did what ever was needed to find these for me!!!!

super tile!I used this stainless subway as a border for my black granite shower. I cut it in one inch strips by snipping the mesh backing horizontally, then placed the foot long strips end to end. Wow! it looks awesome! Its a little pricey but what a great looking product. Loved it. Ordering online takes me a week to receive my product, so my clients dont have to wait long at all... Thanks Home Depot for a great relationship!

Very Cool Tile!I purchased this tile to finish off my kitchen remodel.
I used this tile as a backsplash from the top of the counter right up the the bottom of the cabinets, and as the entire backing of my stainless steel cooktop up to the bottom of the fume hood.
This is a beautiful tile. It can be a bit of a job installing as some of the tiles can shift a little. I recommend using spacers where needed. You'll see that some of the spaces can widen, and narrow as you press the sheets of tile on the wall.
Cutting theses tile can be a little tough also. I purchased a new high end diamond blade for my tile saw. I also left the plastic film on the tile during the cutting process, as the tile seemed to cut better with the stainless steel face down. The tile can get scratched from the table top of the tile saw.
So, I made all my cutting marks on the back side of the ceramic tile, and cut face down. This process seemed to give me better results.
Once all of the tile is up, you MUST USE NON-SANDED grout. Regular sanded grout will scratch the surface.
When completed, this tile really looks great. It gives a beautiful shimmer under the lights.
This tile is a little pricey, but it's worth it.
I highly recommend it.

Expensive but Looks great!This tile was a little spendy but used as an accent with less expensive tile it really had a modern contemporary look. Can be cut to be used as a border. Really happy with these tile.

Great looking tile, quality product!I love the classic subway tile and this stainless steel tile looks great in my kitchen as an accent to glass subway patterned tile. I used it as a backsplash and while the tile is a little pricey (although still cheaper than other tile shops in the area) when used as an accent, it is a very affordable option. It really makes the glass tile pop! Very contemporary look. I would recommend purchasing this product.
