I love the look of the vinyl flooring, and it was a plus that my husband was able to install it in our two bathrooms by himself. We have had the flooring down for almost 3 years now. It has held up nicely and there is no problem with the seams. The issue I have with the flooring is that there is a pattern on the vinyl tile to make it look more realistic and it is horrible to keep clean. I vacuum and mop the floor on a regular basis, but I have to clean the floor with a scrub brush on my hands and knees to clean in the grooves (while being careful to keep the seams as dry as possible). There is no problem with the product itself; but I wish I had anticipated that the grooves would make it very hard to keep clean.

We wanted something other than wood look for a back enclosed porch and are very happy with the installed appearance. When not having to fit broken edges together the installation was very easy and simple. Finished yesterday and only took 4 hours for a 16x18 room. However at least 30% of the tiles had the edges broken. Most of the time the breakage was the lower portion and by squaring up the broken edges with metal shears and replacing with pieces from cut off ends, we were able to finish the floor barely. Out of 11 boxes we have over a full box with broken off corners and edges of the top surface. This style was not available at our local stores, so we ordered on line and they were shipped to us. Can not say if that was the issue or not. We also had the thicker rigid planks shipped for another room and they were fine. So only get this style at the store and check as soon as you get them home. Only one box showed shipping damage and it only had one unusable piece.

Traffic Master warranty is worthless and Home Depot does not back up this poor product. I owned this flooring for 6 years. It looked awful after just 3 years. Contacted Traffic Master at year 3 and did everything they recommended to fix and it didn’t work. At year 6 I couldn’t stand it anymore and filed a warranty claim with Traffic Master. They made me jump thru quite a few hoops to prove the flooring was defective and eventually denied my supposedly ‘Life Time Warranty’. Flooring was supposed to hold up to just about anything. My issue was just simple scuff marks that wouldn’t go away using Traffic Masters guidance and recommended remedies. I went through the trouble to send them samples of the damaged flooring and they even admitted the flooring was permanently damaged from scuff marks, but since their recommended methods to remove scuff marks didn’t work I must have abused it or did something wrong. Really??? My household consists of 2 senior adults and 2 yorkie dogs! Bottom line, DON’T buy this flooring.

Just installed in a bathroom. My husband and I installed together and it took about 1/2 a day, start to finish (remove trim, prep floor, replace trim, touch up paint, and caulk.) Easy to cut (and every piece had to be cut in this bathroom, ugh.) Once the ends are together, they are together - there was no second chance for us. We started against the tub where the joints have gaps, but as you can see in the pictures, the joints became tighter as we got the hang of it. We did not want to purchase a second box to retile the areas with the gaps. Overall, we are happy with the look. We cannot comment on durability just yet.

Not So Easy to Install
This is a nice looking product with a good selection of patterns. The "planks" are thick and should wear well.
However, it was much more difficult to install than we expected. We were a team of experienced DIYers; several of us had extensive experience installing ceramic tiles. We chose Allure to put over an existing sheet vinyl floor because we didn't want to install a new subfloor.
Particularly hard was butting the planks together. It was impossible to get the seams really tight. We installed a "peel and stick" floor at the same time. The seams on that floor are not visible, but many of them are on the Allure floor, despite great effort.
The Allure planks were also very difficult to cut. Additionally, we did not have a heavy duty roller, so it took a lot of work to roll out the seams. We did use base shoe around the perimeter of the floor to hold the floor in place.
The floor hasn't gotten any wear yet, so can't comment on durability. It looks good and feels good under foot.

I purchased Allure Sedona to recover stair treads, and I liked it so much I also re-floored the bathroom with it. These tiles are very tough and durable, much tougher than roll vinyl. It is very pretty, and it is easy to lay. Caveats: you must buy the recommended overage; this is to make sure your tile pattern lines up correctly. Also because of the tile pattern you must plan out your installation before you lay the first piece. This tile is harder to cut than cheap roll vinyl, but you can cut it with a utility knife and a straight edge. The grip strip makes the laying really fast and easy, just keep it clean as you work. The product is packed with protective paper, which is very handy to use as a template for cutting around shapes. The carton has a window flap that you can open in the store to make sure you like the color. I recommend this product, but read the manufacturer's recommendations to make sure it will work for your application.

installed sedona in 2010 - still perfect
For those one-star failures:
1) read and follow the installation manual!
2) let the boxes to lay in a place/room that has the same temperature and humidity like the room where it will be installed
3) you do not need to cut through the material - just lightly score and then break - child can do it
4) keep the place clean - to prevent getting dirt on the adhesive areas - keep the separation sheets on top of the adhesive strips until you get to them to install the next row
5) rent heavy roller and keep rolling - I keep using small one as I go and the the heavy one after finishing every run; and then just keep rolling diligently - it will pay off
6) the seam gap will not be there if you push to close them within 30 seconds or so - the longer you wait, the harder it will be
7) the installation manual will tell you how to fix mistakes
