I ran into the same problem - ordered 14 sheets. 10 came in the original manufacturer box and 4 i...I ran into the same problem - ordered 14 sheets. 10 came in the original manufacturer box and 4 in a separate box with very minimal padding. All of those 4 sheets were chipped. I returned them to the store and - as recommended by store employee - reordered them by phone, specifically telling them to wrap them better. They arrived in good condition and I was able to use all (although "better wrapping" turned out to be one more sheet of small bubble wrap).
However, for reasons I can't figure out, these were extremely hard to cut. I used a wet saw with new blade and plenty of water...my wrists and fingertips were not happy...
The result looks great but I wouldn't recommend the product due to these reasons.

These tile arrived well packed and no damage. ...These tile arrived well packed and no damage. I did wish they were thicker for use on the shower floor. Shipping took longer than expected. Would like more options in our local store.
