The MSI Bainbrook Brown Granite Floor and Wall Tile exudes classic, ageless beauty with the modern appeal with hints of cream, gray and black flecks. Suitable for bathroom and kitchen installations in both commercial and residential settings, this durable tile is frost resistant for indoor/outdoor versatility. The unglazed natural stone is honed with a smooth surface, medium sheen and moderate variation in tone to create an eye-catching focal point. Note: Please inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

OK stain resistance. I performed an experiment where I put tomato sauce, red pepper hummus, pomegranate juice, butter, and avocado oil on this tile (see picture 1) and let it sit for 24 hours (see picture 2) and then washed it all off with some soap and water. The pomegranate juice did stain the tile (see picture 4), but this tile is so great at camouflaging the stain that you really wouldn't notice unless you were looking for it.
