use liquid nails
If you expect any peel and stick tile to stay by it self you will be disappointed. This is what i do! Take liquid nails and make a few s on The floor where the tile will be put down. Now take a putty knife and spread the glue out. Make sure that all corners and sides have liquid nails on the floor. (This is where you would expect the peeling to come from) now place the sticky tile over the prepared service and use some type of roller to press it in. Try and stay off of it for 24hrs. Remember Work from the back of the room and work your way out the door. Every time i do it this way i never get any peeling. I did my basement kitchen this way over 10 years ago and havent had one peel
