This stunning face mounted mosaic of the Breeze Green Apple 12-3/4 in. x 12-3/4 in. x 6 mm Glass Tile is created to look like stained glass. With a mixture of colors, this tile will give a luminescent quality to any bathroom, kitchen or pool installation. Add a crisp pop to any room with these beautiful tiles that are versatile. Due to the nature of glass, a slight amount of variation in color and size can occur from lot to lot.

Wrote prior review about the plastic as a solution to the translucent tiles showing mesh backing. Unfortunately I did that before finishing my project- I have now spent HOURS peeling plastic off of 15mm tiles, only to have the adhesive be so strong that it pops the tiles out of the thin set! Now I get to take the tiles off the plastic one by one, and glue them one by one. This counter acts any benefit from pre-mounted mosaics. If I wanted to set thousands of tiny, glass tiles, I would have bought them loose. The tiles are pretty, but not worth the work of peeling plastic off of a million, tiny tiles.
It's nice that the manufacturer tried to get rid of the problem of visible mesh backing, but they created another problem with this plastic. Can't return the product because it's used, but I highly recommend anyone else pick another product for their projects.

When positioned directly in front of or the tile is located at eye level it loses a great deal of the green and the mesh backing becomes the main focal point for the eyes. From an angle it is a beautiful tile under the right lighting.

Like a previous reviewer, I found the green to be less than the saturation in the product picture...Like a previous reviewer, I found the green to be less than the saturation in the product pictures. Unlike that reviewer, I did not have an issue with the mesh backing, as the manufacturer removed the mesh backing in favor of a removable, clear front covering. The tile is meant to be installed with the clear plastic up; then once the adhesive or thin set is dry, the plastic is to be peeled off. I wanted to make that clear in case it changes your mind or installation plan. Because the thin set has to be completely dry, it increases the time before grouting.
The glass is translucent, not opaque, so plan thin set/adhesive and subfloor accordingly.
