I really liked this tile and they were super easy to install (over an existing floor that consisted of old but secured vinyl tiles). I applied the tiles in my bathroom, and on an angle for some added interest. I also grouted them, using 1/8" grout lines. The grout was a grout & sealer in a bright white color (or snow white, something like that). I think they came out wonderful....and look better than I expected! The only thing I don't like so far is that my shoes (that I tend to wear in my house all the time....sort of like slippers) leave dark marks on the tile. Normally these kind of marks just rub off easily and not a big deal...but for some reason the marks are 'really' hard to get off. Really, really hard. I can get them off, just crazy hard. Because of this, I chose not to use these tiles in an entryway off our garage. This is the only reason why I didn't give these tiles five stars.

I'd been working long enough on this business and have hands on 1st experience with different products and materials and this is the worst of all of them. I strongly recommend another choice, I try it because of a client in spite of my recommendation try to have them install to save a little money and he end up wasting hundreds of dollar and days of labor for such a bad choice!!! please try everything you can to choose something else!!!... see pictures attached,
Hundreds of dollars of this things to be returned and unfortunately somebody else will buy them and try... good luck in your search

One of the boxes was someone else's returned merchandise, with...One of the boxes was someone else's returned merchandise, with half the tiles canabalized cut up and all stuck together !i got the job done with what I got leftover but the fact remains it was an opened used returned box of tiles I'm disappointed! But still went and spent hundreds more after that!

The paper covering the adhesive backing on the 12”x12” tiles...The paper covering the adhesive backing on the 12”x12” tiles was far more difficult to remove than on the 12” x24” tiles. That didn’t get in the way of doing the job—which turned out very nice, due to the good quality of the tile--but it was irritating enough to remember.

But I can't complain since it cost me under $30 to redo a bathroom floor on a house I am selling and looks great in pics.

Tile itself ok, but adhesive backing is totally inadequate. ...Tile itself ok, but adhesive backing is totally inadequate. Poor stick ability, have to supplement with my own adhesive. Surface corners of tiles vulnerable to loosening & curling up.
