Love the Fossil flooring, horrible delivery experience
We ordered several samples before choosing Trafficmaster Fossil sheet vinyl for our utility room and a rental unit kitchen. The Fossil product met our aesthetic standards for a modern look, durability. The product is high quality.
Home Depot's customer service line was helpful, but the should stop using a ridiculously irresponsible 3rd party delivery service ASAP. No should customer should have to spend 3 hours on the phone over 3 days tracking down their order 5 days overdue from its delivery date, or have to schedule 2 days away from work to accept delivery because of lies and incompetence on the part of the delivery service.

I bought this because it didnt look like fake tile or wood.No samples in store you have to order ...I bought this because it didnt look like fake tile or wood.No samples in store you have to order them .The online representation looks alot difrerent .I used it in a couple of bathrooms.If your in a hurry between getting the samples and ordering (and losing the order)it takes too long in the age of Amazon
