With the MSI 12 in. x 12 in. Cobrello Interlocking Porcelain/Stone Blend Mosaic Floor and Wall Tile, it's easy to add a splash of contemporary styling to your decor. This attractive tile features a seemingly random arrangement of tile strips of natural stone and porcelain on a 12 in. x 12 in. mesh sheet that makes installation a much easier process. With natural multi color tones, this tile creates a distinct pattern. Ideal for use on interior and exterior walls, the mosaic has infinite applications to complement a variety of installs.
- 1 square foot per piece, each piece sold individually. Piece weight equals 3.5 lb.
- Grade 1, first-quality natural stone and porcelain blend tile for floor, wall and countertop use
- 12 in. width x 12 in. length x 3/8 in. thick
- Mixed finish with a mixed sheen and slight variation in tone
- P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, halls, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
- Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
- C.O.F. greater than .50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant
- Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength

first time working with mesh backing tile and doing a backsplash. The product was great and going around outlets are pretty easy with mesh tile. Having the variations of color on the tile helped a lot as well.
One note I'll make is if using a dark grout, I would recommend putting a sealer on it though as the stones did get stained just a little bit, not much, but did make them darker. Not the tiles issue, just a learning curve for us.

Lovely! The tile is so complementary to everything i...Lovely! The tile is so complementary to everything i have going on in my kitchen and pulls everything together. My installer found some of the installation tricky (multiple outlets and fragile mosaics) but he dealt with it. I am completely happy with this tile. Because of the number of outlets etc i elected to not do this myself as it was quite a lot of tile with all those cuts. The look is perfect for my kitchen.

The tile looks nice & is pretty easy to work...The tile looks nice & is pretty easy to work with. There were very few broken pieces. The biggest problem is that the reinforcing mesh appears to be bonded with a water soluble glue. Not so great when you have to cut them on a wet saw & they fall off the backing when they get wet.

Contemporary yet rustic/elegantI spent months looking for the right backsplash and had almost given up at finding something somewhat reasonable and beautiful at the same time. This is a great mix of contemporary yet rustic. The copper tiles really give it a unique look. The material is high quality. I had it professionally installed but the installers said it was great quality and didn't give them any problems and they didn't have any breakage! Would definitely recommend but look at it in person because it looks very different from the internet picture. Hopefully my picture will give you a better idea of the actual look!
