With the MSI 12 in. x 12 in. Crema Cappuccino Basketweave Mosaic Floor and Wall Tile, it's easy to add a splash of contemporary styling to your decor. This attractive tile features chips of marble tile in a basketweave pattern on a 12 in. x 12 in. mesh sheet that makes installation a much easier process. With neutral beige shades of natural marble in a polished finish contrasting with dark brown marble dots, this tile creates a distinct pattern for install in kitchens, bathrooms and other residential or commercial spaces. Note: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

Beautiful Tile - A LOT of Extra Time required to install
A beautiful tile, --- Quality is a different story.
I bought two boxes, to be used as an accent tile, and had to modify my layout plan to complete it after discovering 50% would be useless.
First, the nylon/fiberglass mesh adhered to the back of the tile with glue was not oriented properly overlapping on one edge to much, and way too little on the other to keep the tiles in place, hence MANY of the tiles had fallen off or fell off as I started to handle them.
Second, the glue on the backing mesh was not properly applied, too little in some tiles, and way too much globbed on others. That meant I had to remove some of the tiles to get at the excess glue to remove it to level it out before installation, and re-attach tiles that fell off after handling the tile when I flexed it a little. (and I do mean A LITTLE) There were also two 12in tiles that bonded due to the excess glue to each other so strongly that I could not separate them.
Third,.... Each 12 in tile had to have broken tiles replaced prior to installation. On average two of the larger tiles on EACH 12 inch tile. It's Marble, it breaks easily so you'd expect some breakage, but it seemed to me, Too Many tiles were damaged in the corners and Too Many actually broken right out of the box, even though they seemed very well packed with foam.
While I'm not a pro, I've worked with tile and marble enough to know this in not anywhere near normal. I have no idea how any manufacturing company could allow quality control to slip this badly. If it wasn't for my wife who Sooooo wanted THESE PARTICULAR tiles I NEVER would have spent SO MUCH TIME working on these things to make them usable. This is obviously Not Home Depots fault but I certainly cannot recommend these tiles especially at the price per sq ft of tile, and I am certain no professional would have spent the time required to install these especially if the whole floor was to be done with these. Could this just be two bad boxes? I hope so, but unfortunately when I purchased this on line, there were no reviews of this product, so hopefully more people will chime in and the bigger picture can be seen. Hope this helps you.
