1/4 in. x 5 in. x Varying length Distressed Gray Wall Planks (13 Sq. ft./pack) is made from real kiln dried solid white pine hardwood. Each board is hand-selected, piece-by-piece for their natural color, grain and character marks, such as knots and mineral streaks. Just as the trees in our forests are not identical, each individual hardwood board has its own unique markings. As such you will notice the grain variations that help distinguish each board as a unique work of natural art. It is not uncommon to find different grain contrasts in the same board of solid wood. The lighter grain was closer to the tree's bark (sapwood) and the darker grain was closer to the tree's center (heartwood). Skilled Artisan's cut each individual board to length and then wire brush them by hand. Wire brushing pulls the soft grain from the growth ring leaving the heart wood exposed to the surface capturing the unique beauty of each piece. Afterward, each board is individually hand finished, an art form that involves an expert eye, a craftsman's touch and the attention to detail. Beautifully hand-crafted designs which feature the natural character of wood and becomes a focal point to any room it is placed in. Easy to work with and nice mixture of colors. The boards are very thin and light. The glue strips...Easy to work with and nice mixture of colors. The boards are very thin and light. The glue strips did not hold as well as I had hoped, though. It seemed great at first, but after just a few days many of the 'planks' were coming up and curling a bit. We had to add some epoxy. Overall, we are happy with the product.

IS NICE TO INSTALL BUT THE TAPE ON THE BACK...IS NICE TO INSTALL BUT THE TAPE ON THE BACK SIDE DOES NOT STICK-YOU NEED TO NAIL IT ON. LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

Not worth the money.I spent $766 on 9 cases of this product. Which I selected to have it delivered to the Home Depot location near my home, in fear I wouldn’t be home and the boxes would get stolen from my front patio. To start waiting for the order to come in was a joke. One case arrived at my store chosen, the receiving clerk had checked in all 9 cases which only one had arrived. I received the email saying my order arrived. I went to pick up and the order desk handed me on case. I laughed and said no there should be 9 cases. She then said are you sure it’s not 9 planks. I pulled out my reciept and pulled up the website and explained to her no 9 cases. She then walked away not saying anything to help another customer. Then another employee came up and asked if I was being helped, I then explained to him the issue of the 8 missing cases. He walked away and didn’t say anything. I stood at the desk for 45 minutes waiting not knowing what was happening. Eventually he came back and explained the 8 cases weren’t in and he didn’t know when they were going to arrive.
I asked him to correct the pick up in the system to show I only picked up on case. I then requested to speak to the store manager or the assistant manager and a DSOD came to speak to me. I explained the situation and he made it appear as if I was being a pain for describing the frustration and poor customer service. Two days passed and 7 cases arrived. I was still missing 1 case. Finally a week later the last case arrived. Just the start of my headache of an experience. It looks beautiful once on the wall. Unfortunately the adhesive is not very strong. I will have random planks fall off the wall in the middle of the night or during the day. So then I’m stuck glueing these planks back onto the wall. For one, don’t buy from Home Depot online it’s a joke. And two, find a better product then this. As a person who used to work for Home Depot I’m shocked with how terrible this experience was. I never would’ve treated someone the way I was treated.

That said, this picture is deceiving and I am rather upset. In 7 total boxes I received three colors: light grey, dark grey, and darker grey. Most of it was very dark grey. NO VARIETY!
On top of that, I see light brown in these videos. No color on ANY of my boards, just grey (most of it dark).
