The carpet itself is excellent, the pile height and thickness is awesome. It feels like a nice quality carpet. The size of each tile was not consistent and varied at least a half inch. Some tiles were 17 1/4. some 17 1/2, some 17 3/4 , some bigger. The size varied from tile to tile, box to box, it wasn't like one box had 10 tiles that all were a consistent size, and the next box was all consistently a different size, the size varied from tile to tile. This made it difficult to keep square when laying the tile. There was some damaged and non-usable tiles as well. This varied too - some tiles were not sticky when you peeled the film off, others when you peeled the film off some of the backing pad pulled pulled off as well. Other tiles were sticky because the tile packed above it in the box the film had moved and they were stuck together - you could not use the tiles when they were like this.
