The tile is impervious to penetration by water and frost-proof, ensuring long-lasting indo or or outdo or use.

Excellent Quality for the Price
These tiles are very durable and easy to cut and install. These tiles have a painted surface, meaning that its a ceramic base with kiln baked paint pattern. When using a tile saw, it is not uncommon to get chipping in the paint layer. Make sure to stone (silicon carbide stone) the edges to ensure that cuts look natural. I have installed nearly 265 sq ft and all the tiles were square, and flat. I have found that some budget tile is not square and they tend to have a slight wave to the surface.
Great product for a budget job. If you are looking for tile that will certainly outlive your grandchildren, this tile is it. If you want this tile to be around in 200 years you should look at a higher priced tile.

Great value, good quality control
This tile is very consistent in color and size. I can recommend it for residential installation. Since it is a glazed porcelain tile you have to be careful not to nick the edges before it is laid. When you make cuts (and you really need a wet saw) you should use a stone on the cut edges to get a professional look. I would use it again.
