I was really worried about this flooring after reading the reviews, but decided to take a chance based on the review of a contractor and also because of price....it just fit with what we could afford. We put this in our basement three weeks ago and are currently installing it on our main level. It's beautiful, installs very easily (don't know why some seem to struggle with it), and cleans very well. True, it doesn't have padding, but that hasn't really been an issue. We installed it directly on our cement in the basement and right on the sub-floor/vinyl flooring on the main level. I love that it's waterproof too. NO warping! It fits together really nice without any uncomfortable seams or cracks. My kids have been slipping and sliding on it in the basement and there has been no separation or anything. I would highly recommend this product!!

It is easy to clean n care for I just go over it with my steam mop. I couldn't be happier with how it changed the whole look of our kitchen. We installed this over and old vinyl floor with no problem. My husband and I could of installed this flooring our self but we choose to have it installed by a professional because of all the special cutting around our cabinets and door ways and stairs off of the kitchen. We had all of our boxes shipped to the store for pick so we could check them before taking them home because some of the reviews commented they received there boxes with broken pieces. Happy to say all 8 boxes we bought were fine. We also bought the matching quarter round to go around the floor to hold in place. I would say if you are wanting a new floor this one is beautiful the picture doesn't do it justice. Will be buying this again for a bedroom.

Top wood floor design seems thin. Took some time to learn to install. Trick from you tube- (be very specific- luxury plank flooring) DO NOT lift piece being fitted more than 20-25 degrees, insert then slide butt end into groove before letting plank fall into place. Which none did. Remained elevated until tapping butt end down then proceeding along entire length. Then tapping from side tightening seam. Cutting cross wise with utility knife was fine. Length wise and smaller cuts was much easier with Dremel multimax. If pieces don't fit first try they can't be used as groove distorts. Try putting a few together as practice. Have someone stand on first plank while connecting others until kneeling on installed pieces is possible. Remove all flooring to ensure random patern: one box had nearly all same pattern. If surface holds up flooring is relatively easy way to spruce up old wood floor.

BUT I did not like the fact that each box had only four different designs. And that ALL BOXES HAD A LARGER PERCENT OF TWO OF THE PATTERNS . I opened up all boxes and stacked them up sorting the patterns.Had too many of 2 patterns.Very little of the other two.I wound up having to lay out the planks and use them in a way to not wind up with the same pattern in the area that I finished last,this added a lot of time to the project.

I purchased this product having never installed flooring of any kind but after doing a fair amount of research. I loved the color of the sample and the materials when I opened the boxes, but it looks much better installed. The color matches very well with the hardwood floor in the adjacent room.
The installation was very simple and easy. With some patience, cutting pieces to fit around the closet door molding to extend the flooring into the closet was easy as well.
One improvement that could be made is to make a better way to snap the planks together end to end. Putting them together along the length was a "snap."
I received the flooring about five weeks ago and spent a total of about 5 hours installing it. The flooring has been in place for about four weeks and I am about done with my laundry room remodel. I still have a few finishing touches to make in the room but I think it looks great. See my pictures. I will send another when the room is complete.
This product met all of my expectations.

Our order arrived ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise. It was easy to install, but you do need the right tools to get the joints tight. A tapping block and pull bar are essential to get a professional look. If you don't like getting up and down a lot, having two tapping blocks is a good idea, one for each end of the room. The one negative is that it seems to scratch rather easily, keep the floor clean when working and use pads under the furniture legs. Overall we love our new floor.

Beautiful product and wood tone matched very well with the manufactured wood floor in the rest of...Beautiful product and wood tone matched very well with the manufactured wood floor in the rest of the house. Got it to replace badly worn floor from dogs and stools in laundry/computer room.
We did find it a bit harder than expected to "snap" into place and since installing continue to see gaping in the middle of the floor which should not be happening if clicked properly.

very easy to work with simple to cut and to layout. we have had the flooring down for about a mon...very easy to work with simple to cut and to layout. we have had the flooring down for about a month now and the one problem i have with it is the corners want to lift on it. i have to keep a block of wood and a hammer close by to put them back down.other than that it looks beautiful in our room with red oak moldings and window and door trim finished in golden oak
