Use the MSI Gray Oak 12 in. x 24 in. Marble Floor and Wall Tile for your next installation or renovation project to incorporate a contemporary aesthetic into your decor. This attractive rectangular tile features a random variation of gray shades with linear streaks that create a stylish complement for a wide variety of design schemes. This natural marble tile is smooth with a medium gloss finish and has an impervious water absorption rating. With a various sizes and accessories to choose from, this tile can be installed in a pattern or individually to project your signature look. Note: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer.

Love them even with the vertical Veins
I have been researching this particular marble for almost a year now for our kitchen remodel.
I knew I wanted to have these marbles installed from the moment I saw them.
The natural horizontal lines of the marble really does give that teak wood look that I wanted.
I researched several different variation of this marble, and ended up purchasing the HD grey oak version
Valentino white, valentino gray, teakwood white are other names of this particular marble
The HD grey oak version however has more distinct darker horizontal lines that stand out.
Although I love this marble I really dislike the dark vertical veins.
I wish the marble had only horizontal veins and none vertical veins.
I looked allover to find a different grade of this marble w/o the vertical veins but it does not exists.
At the end of the day this is a natural marble and this is how mother nature intended it to be.
I was very excited and little scared during installation as some of the vertical dark veins were so visible.
But anyone that has worked with tiles before knows that it is not complete till they are grouted
Once the floors were grouted all the pieces came together to give that unified looked, and the distinctiveness of the vertical dark veins were significantly reduced.
The darker horizontal lines over power the vertical veins.
Also please remember this is natural honed stone
Please purchase a du-pond sealer to seal this stone as it will absorb liquids.
The du-pond sealer lasts about 3 years and costs about $150 per gallon
After $7.95 sqft investment $150 is well worth the price.
