May be difficult to install
Unfortunately I think we're going to return this tile because we can't find anyone who knows how to grout this. The tiles have a vastly uneven surface, and the spacing in between the tiles is so narrow, that it's confusing as to whether you're supposed to grout it at all. But because of the uneven surface, no one knows how to wipe off the excess grout. I love this tile - it's beautiful and none of the pieces were broken, but we're going to use something that's easier to install.

Beautiful looking tile
We cut the tile in thirds and installed it as two horizontal accent lines in our new bathroom. It matches the grey 12x18 tiles we bought separately (Mannington LaJolla surf) beautifully. We love the look and texture of this tile and would definitely purchase again. It is more difficult to grout because of the uneven texture, but well worth the extra effort.

natural look
We broke up this tile and used a couple of rows as a topper on a partially tiled wall. It pokes out a little further than the tile, and weaves in and out in a natural way. We're very pleased with the way it looks. Blended well with a slate tile.

Easy to install. Grouting was time consuming due to the unevenness of the tile, which is what we wanted. Overall very satisfied, especially the price.
