This 18 in. x 18 in. Groutable tile gives you the look of real travertine with less hassle and a far lower cost. It has rounded edges that allow you to install it throughout the home, with or without grout. This tile is suitable for installation over many subfloor surfaces

Great product!
I just installed about 200 square feet of this flooring. I love the look and texture and the ability to grout. The issues I did have were 1) there were only about 2-3 different patterns per box. Luckily I had so much and ended up opening the boxes and sorting the different patterns. I also noticed that some of the patterns were simply moved a few inches over, and they couldn't be laid next to each other. And 2) I am having major issues with the grout. I got a neutral grey sanded grout, which is what i was recommended in store, and it is either loosing its color, or is coming out of the lines. I will need to re-grout a good section of it. But this is not the first vinyl tile I have used, and it is much better than a lot of them out there! I am pleased with my new floors and it go very well with my new white cabinets!

These were easy to install in the little 1/2 bathroom and look great! I used sanded bone colored ...These were easy to install in the little 1/2 bathroom and look great! I used sanded bone colored caulking in between the tiles. I think this was a better choice with the tiny lines and the tad bit of flexing that seems to come with this material. The caulking also allowed for a color match around the toilet base. I may be putting this in the kitchen next! I have received so many compliments on this floor.

This tile was installed over a painted concrete floor in a below grade basement bathroom. Origina...This tile was installed over a painted concrete floor in a below grade basement bathroom. Originally I had wanted to use ceramic, but prepping the painted concrete was way too much work, so I went with vinyl. It installed easily, was easy to cut, stuck to the primed substrate well. The bathroom was approximately 55 sq. ft and tile was down in under two hours. I have no issues with either the material or the installation.
I left 1/8 inch grout joints and used PolyBlend unsanded grout to finish. I measured out 2 lbs of grout which was at least twice as much as was needed. Eighth inch seams don't use much grout! Grout was mixed according to the instructions and grouting was done following the directions on the tile box which basically said to immediately wipe off excess and finish the joints rather than wait the 10+ minutes that you normally leave grout in place before cleaning the joints. The process worked well and the joints look fine.
I'm happy with the results and would use this combination of products again.

After we installed and trimmed all corners, the final product looked great, you almost can't tell it's vinyl it looks so much natural slate.

This tile is seriously beautiful. I was so surprised by...This tile is seriously beautiful. I was so surprised by the look and quality. we installed it in our laundry room at an off set pattern. with 1/8" grout lines. I bought enough to also do our kitchen. I cant wait. It brightened the room so much.
