Bought 3 cases of these to tile the risers on 16 stairs. Ordered online and had them shipped to the store. They arrived within a week, but every case had multiple broken tiles. They looked like they’d been packed well, so not sure what happened. The store ordered more tile and it arrived within 5 days. This time they were not broken.
It took me about 7 hours to tile all the risers, and I waited a week to grout and caulk around the edges. I laid all the many different tiles out on my living room floor before starting, so I knew I had a nice “random” mix on each step and from step to step, so there were no repeats too close together. Some of the pattern prints were very “faded”. I think this was intentional to make them look older and more unique. These i scattered throughout the steps, mostly using on the outer edges. When you look at the faded tiles out of the context of the whole project, they might be disappointing, but all together, they look a lot like handmade, antique cement tiles, for a fraction of the price.
I am very happy with the way the stairs turned out. This won’t work for every home style. We live in the Colorado mountains at 8200’ elevation. The house is rustic with log accents. The stair treads are reclaimed from an old school. For my application, these tiles worked out very well.
Home depot’s Service and pick up department were great, too. No complaints.

Fell in love with this tile, when I saw my first 6 pieces. Our Home Depot didn't have anymore in...Fell in love with this tile, when I saw my first 6 pieces. Our Home Depot didn't have anymore in stock, so we went to another store. Multiple boxes...Hooray!! Found many broken, so started going through the boxes. Such poor printing on the tiles, we couldn't even get one box together and gave up. Left them on the cart & left the store.
