LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this carpet! Looks like expensive berber!
I highly recommend! It's in two of our rooms! It cleans very easily, vacuums up like a charm. I am highly impressed with how it looks like Berber carpet. Play dough is no problem to remove. Spill just bead and sit there long enough for you to grab a towel. This was put in my grandson's room and he loves that his toys "do not get lost" in this room. One of my grown kids is about to get his first apartment so I have just ordered more to put this in his old room and turn it into a guest room. We all have allergies and this is just amazing with no dust, or fly aways. It is a very inexpensive alternative to wood floors if you are also having an allergy. One room we applied wood floors to ( from home depot) and although it's amazingly gorgeous, it took two days and about $700 and a lot of sore body parts. With this Kaleidoscope carpet, the fun part was laying out the colors and then sticking it to the clean concrete floor we had. Total time was under 2 hours ( we had trimming to do which was very easy with large scissors.) You will not be disappointed if you are at all considering purchase.

Love itInstalled 300 Sq Ft to my basement. Took about 5 hours (1 person) from prep the floor, clean, lay the carpet and measure, trim & cut for all the corner. I'd say this product is very well made (Made in U.S.A), easy to trim & cut. The tiles have the pointy arrow which one should install on the same way. Even thought each tile has different number on the back, i.e 1, 2, 3...ect, I don't think it's relevant.
I'll buy more to finish my other 2 rooms in the basement in the near future.
P.s. I just wish the adhesive tape on the back of the tile is bigger or longer. Would recommend anyone to install the tiles to use extra double side tape for the corner.

High quality, excellent pricejust finished installing carpet tiles, very easy to install. high quality carpet tiles. assorted colors co-ordinate within entire box so no worry about about having an odd color that looks out of place after tiles are laid out. Well worth the price!

Much better than expected!The carpet tiles were of a much better quality than I expected for the money. We were looking for something easy to install and easy to keep clean. These tiles were easy to lay, although not so easy to cut! I would definitely recommend, but make sure you have a really sharp knife for any cuts you need to make.

Even better when laid diagonallyThis is probably one of the easiest home improvement products to install.
The carpet is very strong, dense, and high quality. The adhesive strips hold very well. You can pull up a tile to reposition it, and if the adhesive stays on the floor, just apply new carpet tape to the tile and place it back down where you want. (The carpet tape is inexpensive and available at the store or online.)
I laid my tiles diagonally which I think looks much nicer than laying them parallel to the walls. It's actually easier to lay tiles diagonally because that nearly eliminates any issues with getting the tiles evenly sized at the edges of the room and having narrow slivers of tile along edges of rooms that are not entirely rectangular. As with any tile, you should begin by laying a strip of tiles down the middle of the room, not along the edges of the room. If laying diagonally, begin roughly in the middle with one tile and then lay the first strip so that it extends to the corners of the room.
A few of the carpet tiles were much thicker than others, so I set those aside and returned them (as a whole box). For this reason, it's best to order an extra box or two.
The tiles are easy to cut with a carpet knife and blade. Be sure to lay the tiles on a piece of wood or cardboard when cutting so that you don't dull the blade too fast. Cut on the back of the tiles.
Home Depot also has the edge binding transition strips that you'll need for doorways and other transitions. (If you are laying the tiles on concrete, you should use a gunpower charged hammer or similar tool to drive nails though the binding strips into the concrete. These are sold in the tool section at Home Depot. If you don't have the gunpower charged hammer, it is possible to glue down the transition strips with polyurethane construction glue, although it's a bit tricky since you have avoid getting the glue on the carpet.) The transition strips are available in silver, gold, and pewter.
