The quality was as expected, I chose it after looking at the samples in store. I was excited to put the new treads on my wood stairs, however, I had to return these because they were not 9" deep they were 9 1/2" and would have caused a trip hazard if used. We were very disappointed by the inaccurate measurement.

I would have rated it a 5 star, but they have it listed as being 1" thick and it is barely 1/2 " ...
I would have rated it a 5 star, but they have it listed as being 1" thick and it is barely 1/2 " thick. I sent the piece back 2 different times trying to get the 1" thick carpet, that I had ordered and I told them that it was only 1/2" thick and did not meet their specifications, but twice ordered it came back the same 1/2".. the store had no samples, so I gave in, and paid the same price as the 1:" but only got the 1/2 ". If they do not have the 1" anymore.. they need to change the specifications to show 1/2", or they need to refund some of the different in the cost... The store in Jasper, Al, tried to talk with the buyer, but did not get anywhere with them and they kept sending the 1/2".. I guess they thought that us .. the buyer and the store clerks, were not as smart as they were and that we would not measure the thickness..we all checked it out 1/2"

Great product, easy to install !
Installed product a few weeks ago with double sided tape, also purchased from Home Depot. Product looks great and has not moved. Lots of traffic with Grand parents, Parents, two teen kids & large dog.
