Product is easy to work with - packaging is poor
I've installed ~1,200 square feet if this tile over the past month, with 3/8" spacing and grout. We are very satisfied with the appearance, and installation was MUCH simpler than ceramic tile, which i have done a good bit of in the past. My only complaint is with the packaging. A large number of boxes come with the box flap pressed into the paper protecting the adhesive - or other issues where the paper has slid away from the tile, and the integrity of the adhesive on the tile has been degraded. Most of the time the adhesive has been degraded at the corners, which is probably the most vulnerable part of the tile over the long term. For most of my project, I tried to make use of the damaged tiles; however, I would strongly recommend that you over-order the quantity of tile, set aside the damaged tiles, and return them to the store. Near the end of my project I started to set aside the damaged tiles; which was between 10% and 15% of the tiles that I used. I hope the packing issue is addressed for customers in the future.

Looks good-challenging to cut, design layer wanted to separate from...Looks good-challenging to cut, design layer wanted to separate from base-use box cutter on top layer after scoring &snapping each cut. Also this was a grout optional tile-had planned a traditional install- tiles weren't square leaving gaps which we filled w/ polyblend non-sanded grout/caulk in linen
