I like this tile and it was easy to install and looks great. Only complaint is that I found at least 4 tiles, out of the several boxes I bought, where the paper covering the adhesive side of the tiles was trimmed in such a way that 1 - 2 inches of the adhesive was not covered across the whole tile and it stuck to the adjacent tile in the box. I was able to use "Goop" cleaner to remove the adhesive on the tiles where adhesive was on the tile top, however I could not use the tiles where the paper did not cover the adhesive then as I was afraid it would not reliably adhere to the floor since it had already stuck to another tile..

Pleasantly surprisedI ordered these since they were on-sale and we were looking to use a stick-on tile rather than ceramic tile. I wasn't sure on the color and still was hesitant on the stick-on after reading some other reviews.
The five stars is for the tiles themselves once applied, and not on how they were shipped (yes, some were damaged). They do seem more fragile than some other types of tile, but once installed, they are pretty durable (at least so far).
We were really surprised how well they turned out, and so glad we ended up choosing this color.
For the grout, we did spend the extra money on Fusion Pro (platinum) due to the extra durability needed with a thinner grout depth (follow instructions carefully if you use this, and looking at reviews, we may apply a sealer for extra precaution against staining).
I will add, our subfloor was a nice smooth finish, and we did apply the vinyl stick-on primer to give it better adhesion. I don't forsee any issues with them pulling off in the future as they seem pretty snug as they are. Looks like the real thing!

This was great and easy to install!we bought this when it was reduced price to put in about 800 square feet of a basement. we cleaned and prepped the cement for two days. we also rented a roller. it was very easy to install and fairly easy to cut around weird corners. we installed it about 6 months ago and it is holding up very well. we had bought extra adhesive because I read they did not stick but we did not have that problem. out of 800 square feet there are only two tiles that didn't stick. it was much easier than laying a different type of flooring and the price point allowed us to get the basement finished. it looks so good I have no intentions of ever redoing it. I only gave it 4 stars because I had multiple issues with Home Depot actually receiving the flooring. they did make it right and we ended up getting it for less than $0.50 a square foot LOL

I've installed plenty of flooring, some including traditional tile flooring, and peel and stick v...I've installed plenty of flooring, some including traditional tile flooring, and peel and stick vinyl before, but never groutable Vinyl peel and stick, so this was a bit new, and I was quite skeptical. Almost "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE".
#1. PREP IS KEY. I've seen people say you can install this over existing flooring like standard ceramic tile, other types of vinyl, linoleum, etc, but I really dont see that working very well. Your best bet is to install this over a CLEAN and PREPPED subfloor that is level and smooth. If you choose to go over other vinyl or linoleum, paint with a floor prep primer first (YES homedepot sells this!!!). I would discourage installing this over ceramic grouted tile due to the fact that that is not a totally flat flooring. And the tile will shift, and it will fell strange. For that I would suggest a FLOATING vinyl plank.
This product cuts very easily, simply score with a razor blade and bend and snap.
#2 It doesnt stick very well. Some pieces seemed to stick better than others, and it is very easy to put down, but once its down, its down, so if you are grouting like I did, make sure you use your tile spacers properly before completely removing the backing. For pieces and corners that did not want to stay tacked down, I used a traditional LiquidNail adhesive and placed a weight on for about 20 minutes to make sure it stayed down till cured.
#3 Leave the floor overnight before grouting. This gives the glue a little time to cure, and a day to make sure all corners and edges are secure. Check all edges are down and secure before grouting.
#4 Grouting was easy, took about an hour. I used SimpleGrout #09 Natural Gray 1 Gal. Pre-Mixed Grout and applied with a plastic putty knife. You can also use a grout float. Either works the same. Then wash grout with a sponge just like you would a ceramic tile flooring. Its been about 5 days since I grouted, I left the space empty for about 24 hours to let the grout fully cure and I dont see any problems as of yet.
Overall I would say this product is great for DIY homeowner looking for the look of tile, without the installation mess and cost. It looks great, feels nice and durable, and will hopefully last for years.

No problems here! beautiful! We were apprehensive to lay this flooring after we read some of the reviews. We started installing about 700 square feet of flooring today. We are more than halfway done. We have only had one tile that had a can or chipped off out of 12 cases so far. A couple times had a little of the paper stuck to another tile but it wasn't a big deal we use those for our trim pieces. We are installing it straight onto a concrete basement floor. We spent the day getting it ready yesterday. We Bok floor primer but we decided to just try a few tiles and see how it went without that and the tile stick beautifully. This looks much more expensive than it was. We are Beyond pleased with the results. sorry I used voice to text and I'm too lazy to fix my review! A cold one is calling us!

Easy to install, looks greatThe results of installing this tile product are so very gratifying. I'm glad I disregarded the review about the tile not adhering well, as I have found the opposite, it worked as well or better than the two other Tile products I've used in my home. It's not perfect, as some of the boxes had the last tile stuck to the box (it's made in China) and one single tile was off-register on the edge. As I did not grout the tile, it wasn't a problem, and I used the defective tile behind a door. It looks GREAT.
