I love the tile.Exactly as pictured on the internet.My only complaint, in order to have it shipped free, it had to be sent to the store.My contractor was installing them today and he said nearly an entire box was damaged and some in another box.The tile is very pretty but the shipping policy stinks.Would like to mention a stand out employee,Rory st the Warwick,R.I. location.She went above and beyond with my bath project.I was stressed and overwhelmed and she gave wonderful suggestions.Thank you

This is very attractive tile and the pattern does not repeat too frequently. It looks good on the...This is very attractive tile and the pattern does not repeat too frequently. It looks good on the floor, the veining can be matched fairly easily to create an attractive pattern.
My only complaint is that I wish the shippers could handle it with more care. Out of eight cases, I had to return three cases worth due to broken tiles. They were packed with excellent padding, but from the look of the outside boxes, they were thrown into the truck. Perhaps they could be labeled "fragile"?

I combined it with a 1" x 1" marble and it made for a spectacular floor in my laundry room. Not to mention covering up the very dated pink floral linolium! My only complaint was that one entire box arrived broken. My tile guy was able to use those in the cut areas and make it work.

The b/n tile is also nice, though a bit time consuming to do a special order for. The 12x12 tile is listed in the HD system to SO, but the b/n was not. The person at HD that helped me with the order did an outstanding job!

florida tileTile appearance was well liked by the customer. From the installers standpoint...poor packaging was responsible for more than half arriving broken. Tiles break too easy for anything but a straight cut regardless of tool used to cut tile.
