This MSI Monterosa Beige 12 in. x 24 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile is constructed from durable, frost-resistant porcelain material with an impervious water absorption, making it a great choice for indoor and outdoor applications. Made with the soluble sale technology, this rectangular tile is unglazed and ideal for commercial or residential applications. The neutral beige color, combined with a polished, high sheen creates a stylish, contemporary appearance.

  • 16 square feet, 8 pieces per case. Case weight is 64 lb.
  • Grade 1, first-quality porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 12 in. width x 24 in. length x 3/8 in. thick
  • Polished finish with a high sheen and slight variation in tone

Beautiful tile which coordinated nicely with a couple of patterned tiles in stock. We ended up not using it for our project because we couldn't find a bullnose or a mosaic which picked up the color.

Beautiful but Slippery
No stores near us had these tiles & you can't order just a sample. Therefore we had to order a whole box just to view it in person. The tiles are shiny and beautiful just like I hoped they would be. We are in the middle of major renovation and are down to the OSB subfloors until we choose tile. I hoped to do my large, open living/dining room area with these tile. I did read about the coating on the tile from the factory so I did painstakingly wipe them off with nothing but a damp cloth. We arranged them on the floor and left them there for a while. I tried to convince myself that they weren't that slippery BUT the day it rained changed everything. I noticed that these tiles weren't shiny anymore. They had fogged up with moisture and as a result they became very slippery. Moisture, shiny tiles and flip flops don't mix and I almost fell down when I tried to walk on them. I just can't risk someone getting hurt so I had to send them back.
