This Mohawk carpet in the Sawyer Canoe pattern is a good accent rug for part of my living room. The color is a tan, very neutral. It is the right color family with the muted greens and rusts in the room. The pattern looks like a diamond shape from afar, but up close it is like a square doughnut with a small round doughnut hole in the center. It would be good with contemporary decor.
The edges are bound well so no unraveling. Will need a rubberized under pad because it slides around when walked on. It feels good underfoot and will feel even better with pad. This carpet is made of Triexta. It is Polytrimethylene Terephthalate, a polyester. (Google) This has been treated to have lifetime stain protection and is stated to be pet proof. It needs to be machine cleaned about every twelve to eighteen months.
The carpet is four by six feet in size. A good size for a small area. Since this was delivered rolled up, the ends curl up and will take time to relax. This pattern comes in other colors and sizes. Made in the USA.

I've always used area rugs over hard surfaced floors; since it's not always easy to find the size...I've always used area rugs over hard surfaced floors; since it's not always easy to find the size, shape, color, pattern, ... that suits the situation, edge bound carpet remnants provide an excellent alternative. This 4' X 6' rug is precisely what I've been searching for use in a bedroom where wooden planks replaced the old wall-to-wall carpet ... perfect size, shape, and color; it's well made and has a nice, but subtle, pattern. It's a very cost efficient use of extra carpet that's already been paid for.
I would recommend this product.

The bounded edges of this carpet are well crafted. The color is uniform throughout the carpet. The crafted woven texture has a great subtle difference that stands out when you look at it.Its great as an area rug in a living room , dinning room, or any room. It's soft enough for a baby to crawl on! This is a great addition to dress up a room. Looking on the back of the carpet, the craftsmanship is good and will last a while- its thick and sturdy.

It's on the firm side but it's better than hardwood flooring like we have, it's not very plush and that's perfectly fine. We really just needed something to place our card table on without it moving around. Without the table on it, I would need anti-slip under the rug, as it does slip around without either. We also have pets so having something like this that is high quality and needing only machine wash several months around makes this a great product for any room.

It is excellently put together and very fine work and bound very well. The quality seems so excellent, you don't have to worry about using it for like under a end table, etc.. It lays flat and looks really good. The smooth pattern in it looks and feels great. It is a piece of carpet you would be glad to have.

Wow! Where do I start? I think this is one of the softest rugs I have stepped on in a long time. ...Wow! Where do I start? I think this is one of the softest rugs I have stepped on in a long time. I am in the process of building a small off road RV my Jeep can pull and needed a rugged and stain resistant area rug. The pile is thick and heavy and this will aid in insulating the cold floor during those chilly nights while the rug stays put. The soft color is perfect for my earth tone theme and light enough for a low lit room. The rug comes rolled up inside out to protect from shipping so I rolled it opposite for a day and it laid down perfect. I am extremely impressed at the quality of this rug and feel that it will work well for those areas where the right coverage is needed. Very nice.

This is a bound carpet sample. It needs a carpet pad especially on a bare floor. It is a very interesting product. It boasts lifetime stain protection, superior softness,exceptional durability and environment friendly. Sounds like the perfect carpet for families with kids and animals. It is surprisingly soft especially since it has such a short nap. It is very attractive without taking over a room. It is made of 100% triexta which is made of white corn. Although it has stain protection, a normal vacuuming, spot cleaning and professional cleaning is recommended. For indoor use only.

I put this in the entrance to the backyard where it is most used by the grandkids, us and our 2 r...I put this in the entrance to the backyard where it is most used by the grandkids, us and our 2 retrievers. Fits nicely, lays flat and the color an attractive warm shade. It is advertised to be stain resistant for the lifetime of the carpet (with proper care). I didn't need to put any type of pad underneath because it doesn't slip even on the tile flooring. Sweeps/vacuums up easily. It is also well bound so I suspect no raveling will occur. Strong, well made, good looking, easy care and feels great on the feet. What's not to like?
