This was not my first choice, but now I am so happy that the flooring we wanted was out of stock. This is beautiful, thick, very flexible, and durable. It was a breeze to install in our kitchen and it really looks like tile. So many of our friends have had to touch it to believe that it was vinyl! We have had it down for about 3 months now and are very happy with the lack of wear on it. We are currently doing a lot of construction and remodeling and so there is a lot of foot traffic from outside coming across this floor. (Also a rambunctious dog and cat) It doesn't show the dirt!! That may be good or bad. There have been spills and heavy furniture moved across it and still, there is no sign of wear.......it cleans up so easy, too.
If you are looking for an upscale look at an affordable price, then you will not be disappointed with this pick. It is a bit darker than it appears online on my computer screen. Some really dark gray shades mingled with very light shades.

Recommend inspection prior to your installation date. Vinyl is good...Recommend inspection prior to your installation date. Vinyl is good quality, thick and feels nice to walk on. My 8' section had a puncture hole which we were able to use in a cut out section, and there were numerous scuffs and gooey black marks throughout which needed a bit of elbow grease to remove
