The Merola Tile Rambla Mica 15-3/4 in. x 23-3/4 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile is a new take on a stone-look tile that combines the rustic look of natural stone with a classic porcelain material. Its unique shape creates a more natural room look, with a grout line that blends seamlessly. This tile resembles natural stone with shades of beige, taupe, brown, terra cotta, black and gray that varies throughout and between pieces. Use this interlocking tile in indoor or outdoor locations that could use a natural touch.

Installed this on my fireplace hearth. Drop dead beautiful. But what color grout to get? I asked Home Depot online chat and there is no dedicated color grout for this tile. They suggested either Natural Gray or Haystack - this is a huge difference in color! I bought myself a small pot of premix grout in both those colors and experimented with cut off bits of tile. The Natural Gray was just too gray. The Haystack was just too beige. But. A blend of 2 parts Haystack to 1 part Natural Gray was just right! I feel like Goldilocks. So if you are installing this gorgeous tile, go with this grout blend.

Nice looking product....I thought cutting the tiles would prove to be difficult as it would appear they have no straight edges to go off, vs a square or rectangular tile. But that's an optical illusion, there is square edges on all four sides, and it proved easy to accomplish. Because of the way the tiles fit together, tabs, it requires a lot of extra cutting for all your edge pieces. But it wasn't that much extra work, and the tiles being so big made it a fairly quick job. I used a dark coffee colored grout, and because the edges are so busy, or broken up, you don't see much of the tile edges. You really have to look hard to find the majority of them. I even found myself trying to grout, what I thought was a tile edge, but wasn't. I love the finished product. Looks really good!

Easy to work withI really like the way this turned out. I was afraid it was going to be hard to cut, as in keeping it square, but it was pretty easy. They have 2 straight lines per side, though it doesn't look like it, so it was easy to keep them square. Because of all the texture, they are very forgiving on your install. Looks great in my basement!
