Quality is as described
These stair treads were installed in a high traffic commercial/institutional setting. The quality meets expectations. They are much better (for our purposes) than vinyl treads. The only issue I had was that Home Depot does not sell the recommended adhesive. After much research I used Roberts MAX GRIP Carpet installation tape - permanent adhesive - product #50-550.

Perfect fit for my garage cement stairs
My garage cement stairs were starting to stain of oil and dirt and so I got these which fit almost perfectly. They don't slide off even tho I don't have anything holding them down. They're very easy to clean and have made a big difference in the overall appearance of my garage!
