Maintenance or repairs are simple, if a spill occurs the affected tile can be removed and cleaned or simply replaced if damaged, rather than replacing the entire floor.

Nice product, easy to install!
This is a really good price for a quality product. It allows for a quick repair should a tenant damage part of the carpet--without having to replace all of the carpet.
