Well, we're in the middle of installing this in our laundry room, which is about 8x14. It requires some seams, especially in the closet. It's just too tricky to install it in one piece in our room (even though we could - or nearly could) because we have four closet-like indents, with door frames and tricky cuts to make. We're nearly done, and it's going well. Two things I'd say, though. One, we can't for the life of us get a perfect pattern match on the seams. We're not sure if the pattern isn't regular enough, or if we're just not doing it right. We followed the instructions (which could be better, but aren't terrible), but this is our first time installing this sort of thing, so maybe we're doing it wrong. It appears to us that the pattern just isn't that regular, though. I'd advise against putting a seam down the center of the room for this reason. Secondly, we did have some little tears at some inside corners that came as we tried to position the flooring, This is why we decided to go ahead and seam at the closet, instead of making it all one piece. Over all though, we like it. It seems durable. However, something heavy and sharp would likely scratch it. There are warnings not to scoot your appliances across it. I guess time will tell!

Color in picture is very accurate. It was very easy to install. I used scissors to rough cut it,...Color in picture is very accurate. It was very easy to install. I used scissors to rough cut it, then used a pen to make a crease along the walls and used scissors for the final cut, too. It does have a slight rough texture, which is great, because I used it in the bathroom, and it is not super slippery when wet. Sweeps up really easy, but because of the texture, things like dirty shoe prints take a little scrubbing to get off. But even paint splatter scrubbed off. Love this floor!!

I ordered the sample piece of this and so far, we think it looks and feels very durable. Not sure...I ordered the sample piece of this and so far, we think it looks and feels very durable. Not sure what the other reviewer meant by being able to "tear it up". We certainly are not able to tear it up. It's flexible, with foam core, and it's 3/32" thick. It doesn't seem to scratch easily. I think we're going to order it for our laundry room.

I love the product and looks perfect in the room I installed it in. I had some issues in ordering...I love the product and looks perfect in the room I installed it in. I had some issues in ordering however. It took three attempts to get the right length. Perhaps it was a glitch in the online ordering system because the third and final attempt provided the originally ordered length.

We installed this in our bathroom. We are do it ourselves types. This is a very thick, heavy mate...We installed this in our bathroom. We are do it ourselves types. This is a very thick, heavy material. If you have a lot of angles to cut around,like we did it will be very challenging because it is such heavy duty material. We Installed this in the master bathroom. It has a flat tone, it is grey, black, and white and looks beautiful.

Nice pattern, but very cheap product -- actually tore it up just trying to get it out of the pack...Nice pattern, but very cheap product -- actually tore it up just trying to get it out of the package. No way would it stand up to traffic / use in my kitchen.
