I ordered a sheet of this tile as a sample (paying full price for the sheet) to help me determine...I ordered a sheet of this tile as a sample (paying full price for the sheet) to help me determine whether I wanted to use it in a bathroom remodel. It arrived nicely boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap. When I unwrapped it, every single tile on the sheet was chipped or broken. Apparently this tile company does not care whether it makes a good impression on potential customers.

This tile is gorgeous!!! I purchased it to go...This tile is gorgeous!!! I purchased it to go around my fireplace and I couldn't be happier. It is classic yet modern, exactly what I was hoping for. It was packaged nicely and none of the tiles were damaged upon arrival .

BrokenThis tile looks great in person--just like it does online. I ordered one sample to see if it would suit my needs. Unfortunately, seven out of the nine tiles on the entire square had chips on them. I returned to the store. If the tile had not been broken, I definitely would have used it, as it is really nice looking in person.
