I am still having this flooring installed, but what I have seen of it so far, I love it. There was a mishap in the kitchen, when they were putting the refrigerator back, they scratched the floor. I cannot find what to do or how to remove the scratches. The color is gorgeous. The feel is awesome. If I can get the scratches removed, I will be very happy with it.

not very satisfiedBack in April of 11 we purchased 23 boxes of the African flooring (costing over 1000 bucks) this after many weeks of searching for a floor to replace the kitchen floor.
First, the instructions stated "ease of installation" far from easy I would rate it very hard. Second, the instructions stated that it is a resilient floor and pet friendly. well, after being down less than a month from this writing we have many, many fine scratches and what appear to be water spots popping up all over. My wife and I live here alone and have no pets other than a bird. After calling Halstead to complain about the problem we were told to try and polish it with "allure single-step cleaner & polish" so we did (cost 10 bucks for 24 oz. bottle) following the instructions on the bottle we used it. It did put a nice shine on the floor but didn't remove the scratches or spots. A second call to Halstead ended with no help at all. We were told that this could be an "environmental problem" (what ever that means). So I guess were out of luck. I wonder how bad it would look if we did have a dog or cat running on it. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE FLOORING FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN ESPECIALLY THE HALSTEAD BRANDS!!!

Great productWe noticed this same laminate being used in our favorite restaurant and decided we wanted to use it in our heavily used laundry room. We installed this in one night, it is extremely easy to work with, easy to cut and install...we had never done anything like this on our own before. We watched an installation video to make sure we knew what we were doing and went at it. It has held up for two years, now, in our laundry room and it still looks brand new. It hasn't shown any scratches and cleans so easily. The African wood is a lovely look. We are actually going to use this same flooring in the dry bar we are creating out of an old closet.

So disappointedThis floor is beautiful- and with a name like traffic master I was lead to believe that this was designed for traffic - the sales person also told me this is a more expensive product because of the durability- false it scuffs and scratches easier than any other product I have ever bought- after 2 weeks of being installed I reached out to the manufacturer and asked for any way to remove these or even lessen there appearance they recommended odorban a ph balanced product for cleaning- ok I used that an the marks are just as evident or even more - here I sit with a brand new floor only 4 weeks installed and I am so much more than disappointed

Very happy with this purchaseI installed by myself 350 square feet art studio in an old repurposed mill building in less than 8 hours. Floor was installed on top of a painted plywood. Very easy to install compared to traditional hardwood flooring. Added a very bold look to our studio. We have been complemented on how beautiful it looks by many people. I'm about to install the same material in my three season porch at home.
