Don't buy this!
This flooring is horrible. I installed it in my living room and master bedroom. It installs easily and looks good at first, but the seams started separating after a few months in areas with no foot traffic; for example, near corners and walls and under furniture. After a couple of years, the glue strip overlaps started to be visibly pronounced, making it easy to see the floor was a poor quality laminate.

Worst investment I ever made.I purchased this about four years ago and, basically, threw away over $1500.00. I just had it completely torn out and am replacing it with real hard wood in the dining room area and tile in the kitchen. It peeled "off" as in how contact paper would. This "bamboo" is as thin as contact paper and covers a black plank. The warranty is worthless. Home Depot gave me a box of this to repair the floor, but the installation would have been $200. Also, since the defects were in a plank several feet from the base, more than a box would have been necessary as all the planks surrounding the defective ones would have to be replaced. The planks also began to separate as well, showing black "cracks" between the planks. It looks cheap and is cheap. Home Depot contacted Allure with two separate claims and both were denied though I don't know why. A box of the stuff was NOT helpful. The entire floor needs replacing. I will never buy another Allure product. I notice the bamboo is not in stores anymore and can only be ordered on line.....I wonder why! It also scratches VERY easily and looked terrible within a week!
