The sample arrived must faster than expected. The coloring was different in person than the picture on the website and in my case that was a benefit, as it matched my decor better even better than the pic. The installation is easy, and I'm a beginner DIY'er. My only complaint was the price listed at time of buying the sample was not the same price when I went to buy it a week later, and Home Depot would not honor the sale price. The listing did not indicate a sale price, so be careful about the price before you buy. For that reason I gave it a 3.
