Installed throughout my home and couldn't be happier!
This tile is really beautiful with textures and little flecks of gold. You have to see an actual 16" x 16" tile to really appreciate it; the small samples in store won't do it justice.
After a water line break beneath my home 2 weeks ago, I decided once and for all that I wanted porcelain tile vs. llaminate or carpeting. I had carpeting when I first bought the house 15 years ago and spent 7 years cleaning carpets all the time! Ripped all the carpeting out 8 years ago and installed laminate wood flooring which was totally ruined due to the water damage/broken water line 2 weeks ago. The porcelain tile was a wise choice to make and I will never have to worry about replacing flooring again! The porcelain tile is durable and I am looking forward to the low maintenance. I also have 2 dogs and 2 cats so this works good for me. Will buy accent rugs for warmth. I had a friend install it so saved big $$$. The tiles were also very reasonable priced at $1.54 per sq. ft. My house looks so modern now! Love it!

Fantastic looking tileI will be honest, we have not put this tile down yet, but I kept looking for the product so that I could find coordinating items and kept missing this due to the picture. This tile looks nothing like the photo. It does have small flecks of a metallic color, but it is very slight and can almost be missed. The color is great - very neutral, but the tile is not boring. The MAIN reason I chose this tile, was for the texture. The thought of my little girl stepping out onto slick, ceramic tile after a bath, scared me. This tile has the texture of sandstone. Very smooth with a small amount of grit and a few crevices and ledges that lend the appearance of stone. It is is no way extreme - very minor, but textured enough that I feel very comfortable placing it in the bathroom where a 6 year old will be.

Much warmer color than shows on the internet1. Color is much warmer than shows. Would call it tan, mocha, khaki.
2. It has tiny shiny spots on it, almost like it has been flicked with water. You have to have light shining on it to see them.
3. Perfect texture for a bathroom. Not too slick, just a touch of roughness to help you keep from sliding.
4. Comes in lots of sizes. I used the 8 by 12 in a medium sized bathroom. Nice break from square, square, square.
5. Combines will with lots colors. I used it with opaque cobalt border and LOVE it.
Just really love how this turned out. GREAT product for the money. Looks like high end.

Great TileI am a property manager near the beach and I chose this tile because it has some texture and you will not slip on it and if sand gets on it you cannot see it. I installed it on two units and I am currently installing it on one more. I got fed up with always replacing carpet. Porcelain tile is the best way to go. The tenant buys their own throw rugs at Home Depot and I no longer have to clean or replace carpet ever again!

Tough and BeautifulRich color, texture makes it great for kitchens. Appearance of a natural stone with the strength to hold up to two kids, two dogs, two adults, and multiple falling objects.

Brazilian SlateThe tile was pretty and inexpensive. The only thing I would suggest is to go to the store to look at it in person. The color on the website was greenish-gray, but in person it is a tan color.

Very nice tile.I used this tile in various sizes for my shower surround and the 16 X 16 tile for the floor. I just laid the floor yesterday and plan to grout tonight. I was originally going to use 18 X 18 travertine tile (beautiful tile) on the floor but decided instead to use the Brazilian Slate because it is much easier to lay. It has a nice beveled edge which is "DIY Friendly" as it isn't always that easy to get the tiles perfectly level and the bevel hides these slight imperfections. My only complaint isn't directed solely at this tile but all ceramic and/ or porcelain glazed tile as it "chips" on the edge when you cut it exposing the unglazed interior of the tile.

Looks great! We've only had these installed for 2 days but they look great! We used them on our laundry room floor and also used the bullnose along the walls instead of replacing the wood trim. They look great and feel great to walk on! I love the slight sparkle which is not enough to be obvious, but just enough to give it a very slight shimmer. The texture is great, just like real slate. We had a professional install them, so I can't comment on installation. So far we are very pleased!
