Product did not look like the online picture in anyway! Instead of dark and light grey, the flooring was beige, and an ugly beige at that. One box of the flooring had the padding attached to the planks and the other box had no padding on the planks. Even if the color was as represented I would not have been able to use the flooring since the two boxes were not the same (the planks with the padding were thicker than the ones without and there would have been a noticeable height difference once the flooring was laid.) I returned the flooring and bought a different product at a different store.

This product came with so many variations in the color within the box. it made parts of the floor...This product came with so many variations in the color within the box. it made parts of the floor look totally different. i had to have a piece removed and replaced because of this. when I contacted the manufacturer about this, they were rude and unwilling to help in any way. i will never buy a product from this manufacturer again and urge others not to buy from them.

I am so in love with this floor! Easy to install (if you know what you are doing when measuring a...I am so in love with this floor! Easy to install (if you know what you are doing when measuring and cutting) and looks fantastic. Dogs have been all over it and not a scratch to be seen yet (its only been a few days-- but the dogs are all over it regularly and have long nails).

horrible product, goes together but takes forever been doing floors...horrible product, goes together but takes forever been doing floors for over 20 yrs even brought a old boss in to help me out who owns his own business and been in flooring for 35 + yrs and said this is by far the worst product he’s seen

I really like the design of the flooring but the...I really like the design of the flooring but the seams do not like to stay together. There is slight gapping between the planks because for some reason they move.

I had a hard time locking them close together I...I had a hard time locking them close together I have installed lockable hardwood several times . The floor turned out good but took longer then expected
