Easy as can be
My wife & I could not decide on one specific tile for our bathroom so I suggested a combination of the two we liked most. I ended up doing a diamond cut pattern with my favorite tile and inserts and boarders with hers. It was my first time working with this type of flooring. Easy to cut with a blade; a few slices and done. Went thru quite a bit of blades though just for the simple mere fact you get a nice, clean cut every time; that is if the blade is always constantly razor sharp. All of the bathroom's in our house are tiny (and I mean teeny-tiny) so it was only around $50 for all the material needed for this particular bathroom. I actually made templates for each cut that I did so I knew exactly how to cut each one (resulted in less mistakes). Once I had everything laid down, I used grey grout to finish the job. Turned out fairly decent. This tile is extremely low maintenance and very easy to clean. Also, holds up well to humidity in the bathroom. All and all, a great product.

Truth be told I have never left a review or laid flooring of any kind in my life before this.... I will say it goes over existing linoleum much easier than a wood floor, you might want to prime any sort of wood, particle board, or prime it......that being said I decided to take my 12 x 12 tiles and score them on the four-inch and create a herringbone pattern for a 25 square-foot bathroom....WOW. Then I grouted them because unbelievably this peel and stick tile is groutable. The proof is in the pudding!

These tiles are easy to install, and adhere very well, once the floor is properly prepared. The natural random pattern means partial tiles can be placed without worrying about matching. And they brighten up the room!

Plain and simply put this is a really bad product and a complete waste of money!!!!!!!. I'd been working long enough on this business and have hands on 1st experience with different products and materials and this is the worst of all of them. I strongly recommend another choice, I try it because of a client in spite of my recommendation try to have them install to save a little money and he end up wasting hundreds of dollar and days of labor for such a bad choice!!! please try everything you can to choose something else!!!... see pictures attached,
Hundreds of dollars of this things to be returned and unfortunately somebody else will buy them and try... good luck in your search

Just finished my eat in kitchen and I really like this product. I have only used peel and stick one other time, and this is nice quality yet still affordable tile. If you are looking to upgrade from 80's or 90's style tile, this will do while bringing you in under budget! I did not grout this tile as I was doing this solo, but that may be an option if you want a more professional look. Make sure you have a tape measure, pen, something to use as a straight edge, utility knife, and I also used strong kitchen type scissors. (I found them easier to make cuts) I can not speak on the longevity of this tile, but I can tell you, it's better quality than what I had replaced.

I started out just wanting to simply upgrade my fireplace. I was particularly concerned about ruining the beautiful black slate, so, I decided to do something that would be temporary. Oddly enough, I chose to use this mock slate tile to try and master my cuts and to see what it would look like. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the material is to work with and how important precise measurements are. This was a simple "test before I invest" project (before using more expensive choices) and I would highly recommend the materials. The tile choices were limited but overall served the purpose and I am very pleased. I will live with it at least for a couple of seasons since I just painted and changed my drapes in the room.

Look Nice, Could Stick Better
Bought a box of these to redo the floor of a small bathroom. They are come out of the box in a good condition. I had no issues of partially peeled tiles. When you go to mark them with a pen or pencil, they mark easily. I would recommend that you use pencil though to mark or you will have a hard time removing the ink. They cut really nicely as long as you take your time and don't rush. You can crack them apart if you at least cut halfway through. My only real issue is that they dont have the strong sticking power especially if ANYTHING is on the surface of your sticking surface. Scrape and clean thoroughly.
