I was excited to receive this item (ordered 2 of them), and was highly disappointed when I opened...
I was excited to receive this item (ordered 2 of them), and was highly disappointed when I opened them. It was rolled together so tightly that the plastic left marked on the grass. Then when unrolled and placed on my balcony - the grass was flattened by being rolled up that it would not "fluff" up!!. I raked it with a silicon rake, and the grass just went back to flat. DO NOT WASTE your money on the extra height of this turf carpet. Now the grass is falling out of the carpet backing and it does not drain the water from the rain. Totally disappointed. I contacted the manufacturer, and they basically told me "Oh well".
