Be careful handlingVery nice flooring. Be careful handling. There are 5 planks in each box. The cardboard is not 2 ply or cushioned. If you drop or hit the edge of the box, you will damage the tile edges. I've had several damaged pieces. My fault. Just be careful. It is very thick and hard to cut with a utility knife. You will go through many blades. Stock up. I have ended up using a jigsaw on small cuts. It's just to thick to get the blade all the way through. You will score it and then snap it. Small cuts such as taking a 1/2 inch off are very difficult.
The upside is that it is substantial and will last for years. Look excellent when put down.

Either poor materials or bad supplier, likely both. Supplier screwed...Either poor materials or bad supplier, likely both. Supplier screwed up order two times and when finally delivered item with delay, it was all damaged. Still can't figure out how manufacture boxed product got damaged in both shipping box and original manufacture box. We didn't have to enjoy installing this flooring in our bathroom, instead returned it at the point of pick up and had to buy something else from different place in a hurry. Not happy!

Nice product!Nice product with the uniclic system. Makes it easy for installation. Preferred over the stick on tiles. The floor is a floating floor.

Ive installed ALOT of flooring...THIS is beautiful, durable, easy to install, scores and snap cut...Ive installed ALOT of flooring...THIS is beautiful, durable, easy to install, scores and snap cuts EASY even though its really, thick. seams fit TIGHT and cant be seen. The BEST ive personally ever installed. looks perfect!!!! I did a kitchen, hall and laundry room. I am soooo impressed I doing 2 washrooms next. It seemed a little pricey, but once you see it and start working with it, YOU will be glad you found a way to spend a couple more dollars for a floor this wonderful. A+++++ just amazing

Nice tile other than the broken piecesOrdered 2 boxes of this tile from homedepot.com. Each box has 5 peices in them. Out of 10 pieces 7 were broken where they click together, so fyi. The tile is nice looking and the few peices ive put down goes together easily. They seem fairly thin though. Time will only tell how well they hold up to everyday traffic. Hopefully the 2 replacement boxes theyre sending me dont have broken pieces in them.
