WerkMaster’s Cementitious Terrazzo Refinishing Tooling Package for the Viper XTi Terrazzo Polisher provides the best tooling available for finishing and repairing cementitious terrazzo floors to a Semi-Gloss finish. Tooling package contains 24 White, Medium Bond Plug ‘N Go Standard TearDrop 30/40-Grit (002-1503-00); 24 Plug ‘N Go Hybrid Resin 50-Grit (003-0222-01); 24 Plug ‘N Go Achromic Resin 100-Grit (003-0247-00); 32 each of Plug ‘N Go Standard Resin 200-Grit (003-0228-00), 400-Grit (003-0229-00), 800-Grit (003-0230-00); and eight 5 in. Nylon Buffing Pad (011-0042-00). WerkMaster tooling is quick and easy to change.
- Edge to 1/8 in. (3 mm) of the wall
- Use 3 Plug ‘N Go standard TearDrops on each Plug ‘N Go plate
- To use resins and buffing pad: simply remove 5 in. Plug ‘N Go tooling plate and install 5 in. foam adapter plate and use either 3 hybrid resin, 3 achromic, 4 standard resin or 1 buffing pad on each plate
- Viper XTi can repair the damaged areas only no need to do the entire surface
- Tools are available to purchase individually
- Results may vary depending upon the condition of the substrate
- Change the tooling package and the Viper XTi can grind, prep, edge and polish concrete, polish toppings, sand and edge wood surfaces, polish terrazzo, strip wax floors and buff and burnish polishable surfaces
