Each and every tile was flawed. Each one we lifted we thought "surely someone in quality control caught this before the entire box was full and shipped", nope!!

i'm sorry to say that out of 3 boxes, 1...i'm sorry to say that out of 3 boxes, 1 was completely broken. I returned one box and due to time constraints, tile installers used the other 2 boxes at approx 30% waste. Looks great now that its up. But spent more on install and paid for a good deal of wasted product.

The product is beautiful, but one entire box had chipped...The product is beautiful, but one entire box had chipped pieces and was a complete pain. The packaging isn't the best for avoiding chips in each box. I know it's supposed to vary and they suggest ordering extra to accommodate imperfections, but an entire wasted box is a little excessive. I would recommend inspecting every sheet prior to installation.
