Our BCF Polypropylene fiber provides exceptional wear and has a Stain Proof - No Exceptions Warranty giving the peace of mind the carpet will always be cleanable and will not permanently stain. In addition, the soft feel is comfortable and gentle to the touch. Our EuroBac Modular backing with 20% pre-consumer recycled content makes Windsor Terrace carpet tile environmentally friendly and reduces waste compared to traditional broadloom carpet. Installation only requires measuring tape, chalk line, sharp utility knife, and a carpenter square, along with a pressure sensitive carpet tile adhesive. Good value
These tiles were of good quality and looked great when installed. The installation was simple. The pattern does not require perfect installation to make it look right. The quality is budget, but was fine for our basement. We used double-sided tape to install instead of glue and it worked fine.

Comparable to the much more expensive Flor tiles
I replaced an 'area rug' type installation in my waiting room of my dental office.
I had the more expensive Flor carpet tiles installed for just over 10 years. They were starting to show quite their age. I used the existing tiles as a template to place these new tiles.
I have polished concrete as subfloor and decided to not put carpet glue. I was going to use plain old pieces of duct tape to secure the tiles together. Instead I used some Flor one-sided tape an architect patient of mine was able to get for me.
These tiles look very nice. The tighter weave made for a nicer more updated look. You must be careful, though, because the tighter weave lends itself to showing the seam more easily. You must keep the tiles tight together and snug.

Expensive, but worth it
We have installed these carpets tiles throughout our garage walkways and ancillary hallways. It's a very nice look.

Nice Carpet Squares
These are nice. I only needed them to use under the dogs' bowls and to go in front of the patio doors. They are great for that purpose. Wish they had come with some two-sided tape so that they didn't move so much.
