With its textured, unglazed surface and its slight shade variation, the Jeffrey Court Zen Lace 11-3/4 in. x 13 in. Glass Stone and Metal Mosaic Wall Tile can be installed alongside stone or ceramic field tiles (sold separately) to create a coordinated look. Mesh-mounted Mosaics can be used as a whole sheet or cut to make affordable feature strips. Penetrating sealers recommended before grouting. Recommend white polymer-modified thinset and non-sanded grout for best installation results.

Beautiful combination of grays and black
Although I would not recommend this for the first time installer, It is an excellent product for this price point. I saw similar mixed media at various tile stores for almost twice the price. I have a small wet saw and have done several tile installations previously of all types of tiles including backsplash. I installed about 20 sq ft of this as backsplash in new kitchen. Took me about 8 hours to cut and place and another 6 hours to grout.
A few notes for DIY installers:
1)A wet saw is a must for cutting this tile. It cuts fairly easy and handles well for a mosaic.
2) Because the sheet is "interlocking" you need to be cognizant of direction you place the sheets
3) The interlocking pattern also means more waste as you must cut beginning of each run. I made no mistakes and had no full sheets left with 110% order
4) This small media will use a lot of grout - I used over 8 lbs (pre-mixed weight) for 20 sq ft
