Not easy, but it works
My tile guy used Custom epoxy grout on my matte, porcelain tile and did not wash all of it off, so it left a shiny film on every tile. I tried EVERYTHING. Sandpaper, mineral spirits, vinegar, three other tile cleaners, etc. did not even come close to removing it. This worked, but it was a LOT of work. I poured it on, spread it out with a brush, and let it sit for 30+ minutes. I scrubbed it with a wire brush over and over. Then I used a plastic brush and a scrub pad. I washed it with hot water and Dawn, rinsed it and dried it with a towel. Most of the shine came off, but they were still shiny spots I had to remove using the same process. 32 ounces did about 100 square feet. I had to order a second bottle for my 12 X 16 room. Luckily my tile was on screened porch. Even with air coming in and a ceiling fan going, the fumes gave me a headache. Use rubber gloves! I will NEVER let anyone use epoxy grout on my tile again! The bottle recommended using a stripper afterwards, but the product is no loner available. Good luck!

Great Product
This stuff works great. I poured a little bit into the bottom of a metal can and applied with a natural bristle brush and waited 20 minutes. It melted the epoxy haze which I then removed with a soft cotton cloth. My ceramic tile looks great. I still have a few more areas to do, but the one quart size goes a long way.

Amazing
I did not get the tiles clean enough after my self install. Over months, tiles became unsightly as the residue darkened. Even a fiber sanding wheel would not remove it. Years later, I discover this stuff. It removed it all with not too much effort. I wish I had discovered this sooner. Be warned, the fumes are a bit intense. Be sure to read the significant health warnings.

Works as Directed
I was installing marble flooring and walls in my bathrooms and bedroom and applied epxy grout to all the surface. This little bottle goes a long way. I cleaned the suface three times each and I still have left over in the bottle. I suggest using this product 24 hours after install as the grout is still soft oenough to be removed and hard enough in between the grout lines that will not disturb its application. I recommend bying a non scratch pad and a non scratch bristle brush to scrub away the excess film residue. The next time I do a remodel project I will avoid using epoxy and use an equivalent but good thing for this invention.
