A lot of people rely on these reviews when choosing products for their home projects. What eerks me is those that give it a bad review in actuality just didn’t know how to use it properly or had high expectations for it to do something it’s not designed to do. This stuff is awesome when used correctly for stain removal on certain types of material, surface prep cleaning particular cementious materials in order to apply another product. But nowhere on the label or in the product description does it say it will remove mortar or grout stains. It does say it will remove the residue of mortar and grout which are 2 totally different issues. I use it on concrete slabs as a surface preparation means before applying a 2 part Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646 (an epoxy) which is then tiled over the very next day before the redcoat window lapses on the epoxy. It’s a bond for life.
So everyone looking into this product should look at the bad reviews to figure out what they should have purchased or done differently. This product does what it says it’s gonna do and it’s priced reasonably.

The Cleaner was easy to use with no strong smell. We were prepared for fumes and had face masks but didn't need them. It completely removed the white haze. At that point we used Miracle Sealer with Enhancer to get the correct dark level of color and soft shine.

I used it on 3 large natural landscape rocks. ...I used it on 3 large natural landscape rocks. They had hard water rust on them & we’re different types of stone. I used a stiff bristled brush to help distribute the phosphoric acid & waited an hour. Two stones turned out good taking the majority of the rust away. The third stone lightened the rust
