Miracle is right!
We purchased a foreclosed home that needed some major TLC. There is travertine in the guest bathroom, laundry room, fireplace surround and master bath. The tiles in the bottom of the shower in the master bath were so heavily coated in sludge that you could carve your initials in them. The quote to get the tiles cleaned and sealed was over $1000. We tried scrubbing with the regular spray cleaner and it didn't begin to scratch the surface. This Liquid Poultice Cleaner totally did the trick. It made such a difference. We are no longer afraid to step foot in there. Next up, is sealing. I also used the regular miracle cleaner solution on the floors in the bathroom and on the fireplace and they look fantastic. The cleaner is great for mild to moderate dirt, but the Liquid Poultice was excellent for the soap and gunk build up in the shower. Would definitely buy this again and recommend it to a friend.

After trying many cleaners, I'm sticking with thisAfter much trial-and-error with similar products, I'm sticking with this liquid poultice as it has been clearly the most effective at removing food oil/grease and wine stains from our (very porous) travertine countertops. It also only takes about 40 minutes for an application vs 24-36 hours for the powder-based poultice compounds.
As a side note, I don't recommend travertine for the surfaces in your kitchen! But if you have it this will definitely come in handy.

I did not retry using the poultice.
I am getting better results using a process with household OTC items that I found on the internet so I would not recommend this product.

Did not work for meFor some reason this product did not work for me. The tile had clear stains on it which were caused by the Grout sealer. This product did not work at all from removing them. Maybe it did not apply to my situation.

Vanity arrived with some very fine lines along the edge of the bowl which looked like they were completely ingrained in the porcelain finish. Contacted Home Depot Customer Service and they suggested this along with the powder poultice. I mixed the two to form a paste, rubbed with a Scotch pad, and voila! They disappeared. Nothing else had worked - not soft scrub, etc. Highly recommend this product.
